銆€銆€Recently, Changzhou Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau and Changzhou Public Security Bureau jointly issued an announcement: since February 1, 2012, the motor vehicles transferred from other provinces and cities should comply with the new vehicle emission standard. From April 1, 2012, the motor vehicles made transferring registration in Changzhou administration area must reach the green vehicles standard, especially achieving the exhaust emission standard.
